Rules For Abstract Submission

Author Name(s): The submitting author is designated as the presenting author and must be listed first. All other authors should be listed thereafter. Each institute or affiliation represented by the authors should be listed.

Abstract Title: An abstract must have a short, specific title(containing no abbreviations) that indicates the nature of the investigation.

Abstract Format

  • All Abstracts submitted should include a Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion format.

Abstract Text

  • All submissions and posters must be in English.
  •  Do not include references, credits or grant support.
  • Do not include the names or personal information of any patient participating in the study or trial.
  •  Graphics or illustrations are encouraged for presentation at the conference session.
  • All entries are FINAL SUBMISSIONS- any changes or updates to the submission may not be accepted.

Deadline: Abstracts must be submitted by February 16, 2018.

Please note that your submitted abstract should be your finished work. Any requests for changes or edits may not be accepted once submitted.
