Molly Black - ACS
Title: “Breast Cancer Screening Trends and Disparities”
Molly Black joined the American Cancer Society in 2008 and has served in several roles addressing health disparities and increasing cancer screening and HPV vaccination rates through implementation of evidence-based interventions using a clinical quality improvement framework. Previous roles allowed Molly to support collaboration with GA and SC Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Programs. Molly served as national faculty member for ACS’ Cancer Screening QI coach training and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Currently, she serves as the national director of early detection for the Society providing subject matter expertise, though leadership and analysis of current trends in cancer screening disparities, clinical uptake, and emerging screening innovations.
