Establishing healthy habits at any life stage can lead to healthier futures and success could start with something as simple as fresh avocado. Discover the power of avocados in developing sustainable nutrition habits for your patients and clients to support well-being through different life stages including prenatal health, infancy, early childhood and adolescence. Join Kristy and Jackie for this webinar for the latest avocado nutrition research, valuable counseling strategies, and timesaving, family-friendly culinary tips to enjoy more nutrient-dense foods like avocado.

1. Describe key health and nutrition research on avocado consumption as it relates to diet quality and overall intake of important nutrients in adolescents and families.
2. Explain how avocados can support nutritional recommendations for different life stages including prenatal health and in early childhood through adolescence.
3. List at least 3 family-friendly culinary tips and recipe ideas that include avocado as a source of important nutrients.
