Scary Cases in Endocrine Surgery Spring Fling 2023

This is a multidisciplinary conference, designed to bring physicians together to discuss the complex and nuanced care of the endocrine surgery patient. Patient cases will be selected for presentation and the available treatment options will be explored. Vendors will be invited to share what is available from their company in diagnosing and treating endocrine surgery patients.

1. Recognize the different genetic and molecular testing that are available and how to utilize these modalities in determining treatment plans for patients with surgical endocrine disorders.
2. Incorporate an interdisciplinary approach to the recognition, diagnosis, and management of patients with surgical endocrine disorders.
3. Recognize the proper application of different surgical and medical procedures to patients with surgical endocrine disorders.
4. Identify the roles and responsibilities of members of the healthcare team involved in the collaborative care of patients with endocrine disorders.
5. Integrate a team-based approach in the care of patients with endocrine disorders.
