This is a yearly, multidisciplinary case presentation conference in which complex endocrine surgery and endocrine problems and selected routine cases will be presented, and options for a clinical management plan are discussed.


Objectives
After completing this activity, the participant will be able to:

  1. Evaluate and compare the available approaches for patients with familial endocrine tumors.
  2. Incorporate an interdisciplinary approach to the recognition, diagnosis, and management of patients with advanced endocrine tumors.
  3. Recognize the proper application of different surgical and medical procedures to patients with socioeconomic and racial disparities in quality of life from endocrine tumors.
  4. Identify the roles and responsibilities of members of the healthcare team involved in the collaborative care of patients with endocrine disorders.
  5. Integrate a team-based approach in the care of patients with advanced endocrine tumors.
