The 8th Annual Nursing Research and Innovation Conference brings together clinical nurses, educators, and scientists to promote and disseminate innovative research, evidence-based practice, and clinical updates that improve nursing practice and patient outcomes.


Objectives
After completing this activity, the participant will be able to:

  1. Examine health disparities in healthcare and identify interventions for equitable healthcare.
  2. Disseminate innovative evidenced-based research and practice that improve patient care outcomes.
  3. Identify novel strategies to improve wellbeing in the workplace, improve healthcare workers wellbeing, and associate retention.
  4. Identify the roles and responsibilities of members of the healthcare team involved in improving nursing practice and patient outcomes.
  5. Integrate a team-based approach of the healthcare team involved in improving nursing practice and patient outcomes.
