  3. Identify when to refer patients for specialized diagnostics and referral to advanced heart failure specialists and palliative care providers.
  4. Describe the most current modalities for treating end-stage heart failure including left ventricular assist devices (LVAD) and heart transplant.
  5. Describe the evaluation of patients with suspected infiltrative cardiomyopathy and implement newly approved pharmacologic therapy for amyloidosis.
  6. Describe the most current cardiac manifestations of COVID-19 and the current treatments for these complications.
  7. Identify the risk factors for the development of chemotherapy-related cardiac disease and discuss current recommendations for treatment.
